Rihanna has got fashion houses rethinking their whole lives right now. Her Savage X Fenty Show premiered on Amazon Prime this weekend and it is pure fire! Not only is the show unique in how it displays fashion and the models she is using, but the show also displays the versatility of her line at the same time. I cannot imagine one thing that I cannot do in the selection of lingerie the dancers and models are wearing. The way they are working it, I can probably complete a triathlon in that lingerie at it will still hold up. Rihanna is turning the fashion and makeup world upside down, and I am so here for it. So at first I was excited that YouTube launches a movie/tv site. Then I remembered Netflix. Now I love my Netflix. I really do and I take advantage of the programs that I can watch instantly. However, when they first started there were hardly anything worth watching. In the beginning, I did not take advantage of the Netflix program. Now, when time permits though, there are plenty of options for me to watch. I am hopeful that YouTube will be the same way. It seems to early to decide the fate of this new option. The first time Microsoft made a bid for Yahoo, it was seen as such a bad thing. Here is this big bad company trying to take over the little guy. I can’t believe Circuit City is gone. The only reminder is that big red building sitting prominently in the middle of a shopping center. Truth be told, I did not venture in there a lot, but I did make some major purchases from Circuit City. I purchased my laptop and desktop and their protection plan which I never actually got to take advantage of. I guess that’s a good thing, since my computers would have had to been busted for me to cash in those plans. Majority of those comes from the astounding mobile phone usage in developing countries. Africa went from approximately 2 percent to 28 percent. My son recently turned four years old, and I wanted to get him something cool for his birthday. I decided on a digital camera so that he can keep his grubby little hands off mine. I actually wanted to get him a camera for Christmas 2006, but since I am a late shopper the one I wanted was all sold out, everywhere. Of course, I got sucked in by the commercials advertising the Fisher Price Kids-Tough Digital Camera. I decided that, that was the one I had to have. Never mind that it was averaging about 70 bucks. Well, when his birthday came around, I got it for him. When I finally opened it up, I was completely disappointed. There's a wonderful thing about Youtube.com and other video sites- no commercials. It looks like Youtube is looking to change that. To give them credit they are not putting commercials on in the traditional sense. They will be having overlay ads at the bottom of select content and those ads will provide the viewer with the option to close them. I actually don't mind that as much as waiting 15 seconds for a commercial to play before I can watch what I wanted to in the first place. I like the having the option of ignoring the ad or clicking for further information if I am interested or not. I do not like being forced to watch a clip or commercial. This is exactly the reason why I would rather search for my favorite music videos on youtube then watch them on Yahoo.com. I get annoyed with those commercials that I cannot skip through. Police arrested 25 people in the joint campaign that started in 2005, seizing 360,000 programs and property valued at $7.9 million, said Gao Feng, an official with the Ministry of Public Security. The FBI's Los Angeles field office estimated the seized software's retail value to be $500 million.
