Paris Bennett - Ordinary Love / I'm So Hot Remember the cute little girl from American Idol with the power house voice? She still has the power house voice. She sings her new joing, Ordinary Love, effortlessly. I just can't stand the video. It is so bubble gum and I love pop. I just don't see her like that. Now the second part, "I'm So Hot," is tight. I would of rathered she come out with that first instead. I like a hard core, crumping Paris and the song sounds real hot. Anyway, check it out and listen to my show on the left for more commentary. Brandon Rogers is the first casualty of American Idol's top 12 finalist, and I really mean casualty. Why? Well because Sanjaya is still there. Let me be the first to say that I was all for him at the beginning. That drastically changed when that boy hit the stage. He has been positively horrible. The only reason he is still on is because of the little girlies who think he's so cute and maybe people feel sorry for him. There is no reason to feel sorry for him because he has gone on far enough. I feel like I am watching Dancing With The Stars when first Master P then Jerry Springer kept of staying way past their time. The look on Sanjaya's face told it all. He knew his butt should be going home. Everyone was consoling him and patting him on the back! He ain't the one leaving. Not for nothing, I am not even concerned about Brandon. He is going to be just fine. I just can't stand to watch Sanjaya anymore. The hair alone annoys me. It just isn't cute anymore.

American Idol Now that I have talked about the ones I like, let's break down the ones I'm confused about. There are a whole group of them that I don't even know. Maybe as time goes on they will be picture worthy. For some of them though ... I have to wonder what the heck was up with the pick. What is Sundance Head doing in the final 24? His Daddy is pulling some strings for him up in the sky because he messed up his chance plenty of times. I loved when Simon said he looked like he was roasting on the stage (or something like that). I totally think there were others that could have been chosen over this dude. Hey, it is all good for the Asians in Pop, but Paul Kim already has me looking for the next dude. I am not fond of gimmicks, so now that "his thing" is going around without shoes, I've lost every bit of interest. American Ido's Top 24 American Idol selected the top 24 contestants last night and although I wasn't overlly interested in the episode, I do want to do a quick run down. First, lets talk about the ones that I am rooting for. Now, they all can sing and have great voices but, to me, they have that something extra or a really good story behind them. The Girls: I think I like Gina because she was trying to make it again. Her personality is real cool and she has her own brand of style. Lakisha, Lakisha, Lakisah ... I love this girl because she can sang (yea, sang). I love that she is doing all this for her baby. It is sweet and touching and all that, but ...
