General Hospital This week is the big wedding. They did get married! Lucky and Liz that is. Oh well, this is going to be a long and dramatic bust up. You know he is going to find out that Liz isn't carrying his baby. When he does it is going to be drama. He has always been jealous of Jason especially when he came back from "death" by fire. They are going to play that for all it is worth. When is the baby due? May. It is going to be a very interesting ride. Listen to my GH Rant & Rave Recap.

I am just too grateful! Sometimes, you go through things in life and, you have no idea why you are going through them. In fact, you even wonder, "Why me? Why are all these things happening to me?" I used to ask myself that question but now I put a different spin on it. Instead of why me, I ask, "What am I supposed to learn from this experience?" I know that sounds a little corny but it has to be better than crying about why me. Anyway, I have recently claimed 2007 as the year of change. It is going to be a great year for me. Although 2006 had some great times, it was a pretty rough year for me overall. I figure 2007 has to be better, and not only that, but it is going to be great. To that, things seemed to be falling in place for that to happen. Then, I got into a car wreck. I am okay but my car didn't fare so well. It’s a total loss. Of course this doesn’t go in line with how much 2007 is going to be a great year for me. Still, I am trying to learn from this si

New Show? I really should be doing another show right about now because there are so many things to discuss like what the heck happened with American Idol , what's going on with General Hospital , the search for the new Pussycat Doll and so many other things. It is such a shame that time is pressing and I can't get to it. It would also be nice to finish the latest book I have been working on. It is the only thing on my mind lately but still I just can't seem to get to it. Not that it is a major big deal because no one is waiting to rush it to the presses, unfortunately. It is something I would like to finish and start editing and eventually submit it to publishers and agents. Yes, I am going to go through that whole process again. Why? Well because I need to. I don't even know if that makes any sense but for me it is something that I have to do. Don't get me wrong. Going through the rejections and waiting will not be fun for me at all but I think I need to face tha

Brandon Rogers is the first casualty of American Idol's top 12 finalist, and I really mean casualty. Why? Well because Sanjaya is still there. Let me be the first to say that I was all for him at the beginning. That drastically changed when that boy hit the stage. He has been positively horrible. The only reason he is still on is because of the little girlies who think he's so cute and maybe people feel sorry for him. There is no reason to feel sorry for him because he has gone on far enough. I feel like I am watching Dancing With The Stars when first Master P then Jerry Springer kept of staying way past their time. The look on Sanjaya's face told it all. He knew his butt should be going home. Everyone was consoling him and patting him on the back! He ain't the one leaving. Not for nothing, I am not even concerned about Brandon. He is going to be just fine. I just can't stand to watch Sanjaya anymore. The hair alone annoys me. It just isn't cute anymore.

Listen to the show *Please note these are taken from various sources such as Eurweb, CNN, AP, Yahoo, and others. JAMES BROWN PUT TO REST Well, he is put to rest for now. They just may dig him up again and move him to a James Brown theme park. I say this with a touch of sarcasm although they are trying to go for the whole Elvis Presley Graceland thing. A NEW GIRL FOR BATMAN Maggie Gyllenhaal is in "final negotiations" to take over the role Katie Holmes vacated in "The Dark Knight," the sequel to " Batman Begins ," says the Hollywood Reporter. Holmes will instead be starring in "Mad Money" -- without a love interest. ... Doesn't she kind look like Katie Holmes? I think so. Akon's Konvicted (13:00 marker) If he would just stop telling us that it's Konvict music, I might be able to enjoy the entire album. Nevertheless, it is worth the listen. It is one of those albulms that I'm not sure why I bought it but I am glad I did. The Lake House (00:43 marker) with Sandra Bullock and Keanue Reeves I loved this movie. It was touching and sweet and a tad unbelievable (okay alot), but not because they were living two years apart and communicating with eachother, but that he seemed to fall crazy in love with her in such a short period of time. I didn't do well in the theaters but it is a great video rental. I say go for it!

Carl Weber's So You Call Yourself A Man (4:30 marker) I have to let it be known that I am really ticked off at Mr. Carl Weber and once you read the book, you may be too. I don't want to ruin it for anyone that is planning on reading So You Call Yourself A Man which I do recommend but, grrrrrr, I am pretty pissed. Carl Weber duped me and, in this case, that is a good thing because I was surprised by some of the events in the book and that doesn't easily happen. The acclaimed national bestselling author of such smart, sexy novels as The Preacher’s Son and Player Haters returns with a tale of three best friends who’ve grown from boys to men together. But now that they’re each either married or about to be, they’re coming up against some of the real tests of manhood… James Robinson and his wife, Cathy, have had their rough patches. But seven years into their marriage, things are better, and hotter, than ever—until the not-so-distant past catches up with James. During a partic
Borat and Martha Stewart on Jay Leno So, a Friend of mine knows how much I loved Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan and sent me this video clip. I totally missed this but am so glad that he sent me the clip. Enjoy, because it is too funny. I felt like I was watching the movie all over again.

Trying again. This is so how I'm feeling right now ... So, here I am trying to record a new radio show and it is not working yet again. The last time I had some major technical difficulties, but this time I am having personal issues like my husband. Here he is running around the house pretending to be Mr. Fix It. We are putting in some flood lights out side of our house ... well, I should say we are watching a professional put in flood lights. My husband is pretending to know what's going on and all the while, I am unable to record my show because of the ruckus that is going on around me. I have quite a bit to discuss too that's going to wind up being old news by the time I record a new show. Besides, I have made a vow to start writing again so that I could finish my current project and move on to the next but that is like a far far far way dream that I just can't seem to tap into. So anyway, here's what's coming this week (hopefully, maybe, I can't promise

Holy Crap! I am so ticked off right now. I know I haven't done a show in the past couple of weeks, so I just sat down at 1:00 in the morning to record a show. I spent about one hour working on it. I had my Heroes update along with some news tidbits on different stories that touched me today. I go back to listen to the show and get it edited only to find that I can't hear a darn thing that I am saying. Oh hell to da naw (to quote my girl Whitney)! I have children and they like to touch and they apparently fiddled with my mic. I didn't think to check it and voila, I wasted and hour and a half of my sleep time on recording something that I can't use. So until then enjoy my review of Fegie's album, The Dutchess , and Christina Dodd's book review for The Prince Kidnaps a Bride .
