Don't allow mindless drama to stress you out. Breath and let it go. I find that sometimes I make my own drama in life by worrying about things that I can do nothing about or by worrying about things that have not even happened yet. I make up these scenarios in my head of the possible ways life can stress me out and then I stress out about it. This is an unnecessary way to let drama into your life. You can be your own drama creator. We have to do better at letting things go especially when in the grand picture of life they are minor.  More importantly than letting drama go, learn to recognize drama lovers. There are people in your life that attract drama or create it. Maybe they suck the life out of you with their negativity. Maybe you are always worrying about what mess they will find themselves in. When I worked in the hospital emergency department, I would always check the staffing list to see who I was working with that day. If had to spend the next 12 to 13 hours with a team, I needed to know that  we will get along, work well together, get the job done and have fun. I had to mentally prepare myself if I got stuck with someone who did not contribute to that plan. There were certain individuals that everyone would avoid because working with them proved to be extremely difficult and unpleasant. Pacific Rim Uprising Pacific Rim came was released to theaters about 4 years ago. It got fair reviews but being that me and my household (okay just my son and I) are lovers of science fiction and action movies and we loved it. So imagine my excitement when the trailer for Pacific Rim 2, Pacific Rim Uprising . Not only is the trailer a good one but Mako is still in it, looking like a boss, and they added John Boyega! Side note: It is really a shame that Charlie Hunnam's movie career (or just plain old career) did not take off as people hoped or expected (The Lost City of Z box and King Arthur both box office bombs). Special effect on this look great. I love that the two crazy scientist are back. Not a fan of Scott Eastwood although I did like his character in the last Fast and Furious installment. You are now entering a stress free zone. I am working on creating a stress free zone in my home and in my mind. When I think about what a stress free zone means to me, it is a place where I let go of all worries. It is a place where I decide to have fun, laugh, smile, love myself. It is a space that when I step into it, I make an effort to leave the drama, stressful thoughts, negative behind. I have not given much thought to creating an actual space in my home or my mind. I usually talk about it but now I am planning to make it reality. I will have to take a picture of this spot when I am done. Usually people and myself included have state that there bedroom is that stress free zone but yet they bring negativity in that space. In reality your home should be the place that shields you from that bad of the outside world but I know for a fact that my home is sometimes the cause as well.
