Let go of the Drama

Don't allow mindless drama to stress you out. Breath and let it go.

I find that sometimes I make my own drama in life by worrying about things that I can do nothing about or by worrying about things that have not even happened yet. I make up these scenarios in my head of the possible ways life can stress me out and then I stress out about it. This is an unnecessary way to let drama into your life. You can be your own drama creator. We have to do better at letting things go especially when in the grand picture of life they are minor. 

More importantly than letting drama go, learn to recognize drama lovers. There are people in your life that attract drama or create it. Maybe they suck the life out of you with their negativity. Maybe you are always worrying about what mess they will find themselves in. We do not have to ostracize them completely but sometimes it is alright to put distance between yourself and the drama lover of creator. It is okay to step away. It is okay to let go. 

Avoid drama of our own making and avoid drama loving people. They usually are the negative energy harbormasters. Reduce your stress levels by simplifying your life. Breathe and let the worries go; let them go. Find peace.
