It can be easy to allow ourselves to get caught up in negative energy. Sometimes it is because we are actively engaging or we can be watching yet still taking it in and letting it affect our mood. Remember to put out what you wish to receive. I choose love.

As much as I enjoy having a routine in my life because it gives me the illusion of having control, variety is also key for cognitive health.
