Be Open to the Energy Around You
Energy
Today
the universe
spoke and so I listened
directed to where I was meant
to be
A few weeks back, I went to my first Reiki circle and it was enlightening, inspiring, moving and energizing but most importantly relaxing. My mind was refocused and I felt a renewed spirit of appreciation. I knew I was meant to be there at that particular time. I then looked at my life and the people that were in my life and the people that have come into my life; I looked at where I was at presently and the transitions I have made to get here. I looked at all of that and realized regardless of my misgivings and doubts, I was not only where I was meant to be but also that I'm going in the right direction, and that is truly a beautiful thing.
We are not ignored. We are not left to our own devices. We are guided and subtly directed. We can choose to follow this path. We can choose to engage with these flashes of intuition. Or we can choose to ignore them to our own detriment. God does not leave us on our own. We have that gut feeling, that intiution, that pause in our step that if we pay attention can save us from our well-meaning selves.
We have those people that come into our lives, strategically placed there with a specific intent, though we may take their presence for granted. They may say something that gives us pause because we find it wierd or we are not ready to receive the message, only to find clarity in that interaction days, months or even years laters. In a time when that person may no longer be in our lives but their place in it made very clear. Let's be open to the world unseen, to the waves flowing all around us. Be open to yourself, to the piece of God within. Listen to the spirit of the heavens whispering to you. Be silent. Meditate. Pray. Be mindful.
Be open. Live lite.
