No matter what your history is, no matter how bad or good it is, we should seek it out. Learn about where you came from. Know the backdrop of your life and grow from there. Let it be a catalyst in igniting the wonderful person you were meant to be. Learn to be great from our past. We are worth you.

As much as I enjoy having a routine in my life because it gives me the illusion of having control, variety is also key for cognitive health.
