I firmly believe that the reason I am not closer to my life goals is due to my stellar procrastination skills that are backed up by my uncanny mastery of inconsistency. This applies to most aspects of my life, especially working out.
That is why I like these workout challenges that I find online. Thank you to those who put them together and share them. I am a touch more motivated to do them as a personal challenge.
I started late this month because I had to slowly acclimate my body to working out again after taking a few weeks off. However, what I thought was going to be cake kicked my butt especially, the minute wall sit. I'm only up to 30 seconds.
