Find Peace Within

Peace is a funny thing. One does not just come by peace. I wholeheartedly believe that you have to make peace happen in your life. You have to make a conscious effort to choose peace over strife or stress or worry. If you cannot be at peace with who you are, regardless of whether or not you want to change your life circumstance, a person will always be stuck. In order to move on and make the necessary adjustments that may be needed you have to first acknowledge where you are at, who you are and make peace with that. 

Accept who you are, faults, warts, stinky farts and all. Not only are you to accept who you are but you are to love yourself. Love yourself enough to want more or better if you are not happy with your life. You cannot find that level of understanding and self love from others. You have to first believe it from within. You have to first love yourself enough to try it. I will continue to emphasize how wonderful and beautiful and awe inspiring we are. I will continue the emphasize that just by our being here we are beyond expectations in fabulousness (I know that's not a word lol). Understand how special you are. Understand how marvelous you are. Understand that you are not a cheap knock off but the original real deal. Understand your wonder and you will find peace within that will give you a strength the change your life.
